These terms apply only to physical products (such as apparel or printed items). Digital products, memberships, or experiences—if offered in the future—will have separate terms.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is collected at the time of purchase through our approved payment processors.
Once an order is placed, it is processed automatically for fulfillment. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Fulfillment & Shipping
Our physical products are made and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, though we will do our best to support you if issues arise.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size preference or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.

All physical products are intended for personal use. They are offered as supportive, reflective items—not as medical, therapeutic, or professional tools.
