I thought I was organizing my site.
Turns out I was writing a post.

Apparently this is how noticing works.

Noticing: A place to pause and let what is already here come forward.
Presence: Being here without needing to arrive anywhere else.
Stillness: Moments where nothing needs to move for something to be felt.
Lived Experience: What is known from the inside, before it becomes language.
Story: Not to explain—just to remember.
Fragment: Small pieces that didn’t ask to be finished.
Koan: Something to sit with, not solve.
Question: An opening, not a request for an answer.
Parable: A small story that carries more than it says.
Wonder: The feeling that something more is here, without needing to name it.
Grief: Love noticing what it has lost.
Healing: What unfolds when nothing is being fixed.
Identity: The shapes we wear—and the space beneath them.
Becoming: Change that doesn’t rush.
